CSTVCIC PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER PROJECT
The goal of this project is to help increase cellular, wireless ISP, and public telecommunications coverage in the CSTVCIC area by lowering barrier to entry costs and regulations, and sharing facilities and costs proportionately where possible.
The CSTVCIC will construct an openly
accessible non-profit public telecommunications tower on property located in
the eastern portion of Mineral City.
The base elevation is approximately 1160' and the tower height will be approximately
300'.
For-profit carriers will be assessed monthly rent payments or annual leases
to proportionately offset administration and maintenance expenses.
Non-profit users will be assessed monthly rent payments, annual leases, or render
other services to proportionately offset administration and maintenance expenses.
The CSTVCIC and all tower tenants will share utilities proportionately.
Position slots on the tower will be determined by first come-first served, with
upper levels reserved for CSTVCIC and other critical public service needs.
No extra charges will be assessed to position slots.
No position slots will be sublet by tenants.
All appurtenances will be weighed by an on-site scale prior to installation
to calculate total tower loads.
A shared equipment facility may be provided by the CSTVCIC per tenants' interests
